What Pawket Friendly is

Pawket Friendly helps people who care for cats and dogs in Vadodara city buy premium pet food at fair prices, gift food boxes to street animals, and find trusted information on vets, pharmacies, shelters, causes, camps and pet services.

Products and orders

• Products are sold by Rajshree Business and Leading Life, Vadodara. We are not the manufacturer, packer or importer. Details such as manufacturer or importer, MRP, batch and expiry come from the pack.
• Prices, stock and discounts on this website are estimates until we confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone and you pay the token (or, for a gifted box, the full amount).
• Gifted boxes contain items chosen from our stock, matched to the animals of the verified feeder who receives them. Contents and brands vary. Every item is in date for at least 3 weeks after delivery, and we send the full item list with expiry dates before you pay.
• When you gift a box, you pay for the food and its delivery to a verified feeder or shelter that we choose in turn, as explained on our Gift a Taste page. The price is the exact value of the box plus delivery, and never more than the top of the range you chose. Your payment covers the food, its delivery and a small margin that keeps Pawket Friendly running. We are a small business, not a charity. A gifted box is a purchase of food and its delivery, not a donation, so there’s no 80G tax receipt.
• Gifted boxes are paid in full before dispatch. If we cannot deliver a gifted box, we refund you in full.
• Feeders agree to receive boxes and to a photo being taken at delivery. We send that photo only to the person who gifted the box, showing the box and its order code, with faces and house fronts cropped out and no exact location.
• Delivery, token and refund rules are set out in our delivery, token and refund terms. They form part of these terms.
• Veterinary diet products are made for specific health conditions. Use them only on your vet’s advice.

Vets, shelters, causes, camps and services

• Listings are for information only. Listings are based on recommendations from people, and we check each one before it appears, but fees, hours and other details can change. Please confirm directly with the provider.
• Listed vets, shelters, camp organisers, cause organisers and service providers are independent. We are not affiliated with them, they pay us nothing, and we take no commission. A listing is not a guarantee or endorsement of their services.
• Listed pet pharmacies are independent stores. We do not sell, prescribe or recommend specific medicines. Buy prescription medicines only on a vet’s prescription.
• Pet boarding providers, carers and rescuers are independent. We are not affiliated with them and they pay us nothing. Never pay anyone in advance for a rescue: if treatment costs money, pay the vet or clinic directly.
• Causes are listed for information only. We check who runs them, not how they spend. We never collect money for a cause, and any arrangement you make with an organiser is between you and them.
• Listings are reviewed every 90 days. Listings we cannot re-confirm are removed until we can.
• Our volunteers are unpaid. They check listings on our behalf and cannot promise that a place will be listed.
• Any arrangement you make with a provider is between you and them.
• In an emergency, contact a vet or animal helpline directly. Our emergency page is general guidance, not veterinary advice.
• We may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including when we receive genuine feedback.

Suggesting a listing

When you suggest a listing, you confirm that the information is true to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. Do not submit anything false, offensive or misleading, or anyone’s private details without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website, try to disrupt it, copy its content for commercial use, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate, but this website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from your use of directory information or from services provided by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Grievances

Contact InnoMall, 1122334455, testmail@test.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vadodara, Gujarat have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms, and will show the date at the top when we do.
